Baked Fish

Ingredients

-       1 Big Salmon Filet – or 4 Smaller Pieces

-       3 tbsp Olive oil

-       Salt, Pepper & Oregano

-       1 Lemon squeezed and 1 whole lemon cut in thin wedges

-       4 Bay leaves

Preparation

-       Place the Salmon in a baking pan on parchment paper

-       Rub it with Olive oil

-       Add salt, pepper and oregano in a little bowl - mix them together then add on top of the Salmon rubbing them in

-       Add bay leaves next to the fish

-       Drizzle with lemon juice then place the lemon wedges on top of the fish

-       Bake on 350 degrees for 45 min

 

Enjoy with a tahini sauce as a dip!
