Greek Yoghurt Marinated Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Chicken Breasts 
  • 1 Cup Greek Yoghurt 
  • 1/2 Cup lemon juice 
  • Squeeze of 1 Lime
  •  6 cloves garlic 
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil 
  • Salt & Pepper to taste 
  • 1 tsp Hot Sauce or to taste

Preparation

  1. Cut the Chicken Breasts into cubes suitable for skewering 
  2. In a food processor or the hand held one blend yoghurt, lemon and lime juice, garlic, hot sauce, salt & pepper 
  3. Add the marinade to the chicken cubes then add olive oil and mix 
  4. Leave in for a few hours or over night 
  5. Skewer the chicken and grill Enjoy with a side of Hummus and Salad
