Pea & Veggie Stew

Ingredients

  • 1 Organic Frozen Pea Bag - (Boiled
    and Rinsed) - or 2 Cans organic peas
  • 1 Big Onion 
  • 7 Cloves garlic 
  • 3 Carrots  
  • 2 small potatoes (optional) 
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • ½ pound grass-fed beef (you can add more if desired) 
  • 2 tbsp organic tomato paste 
  • 4 cups of water (until it covers the ingredients) 
  • ½ tsp of salt, pepper, cinnamon & All spice 

Preparation

  1. Chop onions and garlic into small pieces 
  2. Chop carrots and potatoes into cubes and leave them on the side for now 
  3. Put Olive oil, garlic and onions in the pot until onions turn golden 
  4. Place the beef on top mince it with a fork and stir  
  5. Add salt, pepper, cinnamon and 7 spice on top and mix 
  6. Add tomato paste and water on top then add potatoes and carrots 
  7. Let it boil until potatoes and carrots are tender 
  8. Add the peas 
  9. Enjoy with a side of Brown rice
