- 2 Small cloves garlic Salt (to taste)
- 1 Can of Organic Garbanzo beans (washed and rinsed) – (About 15oz if Fresh and boiled).
- Half a cup of Tahini sauce
- 1 Lemon squeeze
- Half a small cup of water
- Salt to taste
Put everything in a blender and blend. Add water or lemon juice if the mixture feels too pasty.
