Tahini Sauce

Ingredients

-       2 small cloves garlic

-       Salt (to taste)

-       3/4 cup of Tahini sauce

-       1 lemon squeeze

-       Less than ΒΌ cup of water

 

Preparation

-       Crush garlic and salt together to a paste

-       Add tahini sauce

-       Add lemon juice

-       Add a little water and mix until you get a consistency of a thick sauce
