About Me:
I was born in Beirut, Lebanon and when I moved to the United States in 2004, I experienced a culture shock. My culture shock though had to do with food portions, abundance of junk food and the unhealthy lifestyle that people have. I was looking for something that I can do to help people realize that there is a better way to live!
That's when I found IIN. I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. I am very passionate about helping clients create the best and healthiest version of themselves!!
Instead of creating lists of restrictions, I coach my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes based on their current abilities and unique situations. As these pieces accumulate, my clients find changes collectively creating a much larger impact than they originally anticipated.

The Program

Being healthy doesn’t have to be hard.
