My name is Rania Chami, and I am a Certified Holistic Weight Loss and Lifestyle Coach.
I guide high-level pre-menopausal to post-menopausal women, drop the weight and redesign their lifestyle to enjoy a better quality of life.
I know what it’s like having hormone issues that have our body changing as you age. I was born in Beirut, Lebanon, and when I moved to the United States in 2004, I experienced a culture shock. My culture shock centered around food portions, the abundance of junk food, and the unhealthy lifestyle people generally have. But as a new immigrant, I wanted to immerse myself in the American lifestyle, so I started eating different foods and snacking more, and sure enough, I started gaining weight.
To top that off, I also developed hormonal imbalances, which later wreaked havoc on my body and hindered my efforts to drop the weight. Due to these issues, I struggled with finding the right diet for my unique body, and most of all, one that made me feel healthy and energetic again.
Inspired by my Mediterranean roots, I started developing meals with a healthier twist to the traditional Mediterranean food I grew up eating. By leaning into my own experiences and listening to my own unique body, I discovered a profound way to lose weight and boost my energy levels to create a lifestyle that supported my health and wellbeing and my family. A lifestyle that enabled us to sit together, eat together, have abundance and fun while enjoying a stress-free life as much as we possibly can!
And that’s what I carry into my coaching.
I realized that I could help people drop the weight and have a better quality of life while managing their hormones through Mediterranean living! A program that is based on bio-individuality and honoring the various stages of life that require us to be mindful of our bodies in different ways.
