Baked Fish


  • 1 Big Salmon Filet – or 4 Smaller Pieces
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt, Pepper & Oregano
  • 1 Lemon squeezed and 1 whole lemon cut in thin wedges
  • 4 Bay leaves


  • Place the Salmon in a baking pan on parchment paper
  • Rub it with Olive oil
  • Add salt, pepper and oregano in a little bowl - mix them together then add on top of the Salmon rubbing them in
  • Add bay leaves next to the fish
  • Drizzle with lemon juice then place the lemon wedges on top of the fish
  • Bake on 350 degrees for 45 min

Enjoy with a tahini sauce as a dip!
