Baked Fish
Ingredients
1 Big Salmon Filet – or 4 Smaller Pieces
3 tbsp Olive oil
Salt, Pepper & Oregano
1 Lemon squeezed and 1 whole lemon cut in thin wedges
4 Bay leaves
Preparation
Place the Salmon in a baking pan on parchment paper
Rub it with Olive oil
Add salt, pepper and oregano in a little bowl - mix them together then add on top of the Salmon rubbing them in
Add bay leaves next to the fish
Drizzle with lemon juice then place the lemon wedges on top of the fish
Bake on 350 degrees for 45 min
Enjoy with a tahini sauce as a dip!
