Chipotle Portobello Lettuce Wraps


  • 3 portobello caps, sliced
  • Chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, small can
  • Olive oil spray
  • Black pepper, freshly cracked
  • Iceberg lettuce leaves
  • Red onion, sliced
  • Guacamole


  • Preheat oven to 450F/232C
  • Slice portobellos and place on foil linked baking sheet. Lightly spray with olive oil.
  • Spread adobo sauce from can liberally over portobello slices
  • Sprinkle with freshly cracked black pepper
  • Bake for 15 minutes
  • Place on lettuce leaf with sliced onion and guacamole
