Greek Yoghurt Marinated Chicken


  • 1 Pound Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Cup Greek Yoghurt
  • 1/2 Cup lemon juice
  • Squeeze of 1 Lime
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Hot Sauce or to taste


  • Cut the Chicken Breasts into cubes suitable for skewering
  • In a food processor or the hand held one blend yoghurt, lemon and lime juice, garlic, hot sauce, salt & pepper
  • Add the marinade to the chicken cubes then add olive oil and mix
  • Leave in for a few hours or over night
  • Skewer the chicken and grill Enjoy with a side of Hummus and Salad
