Mama’s Hummus


  • 2 Small cloves garlic
  • 1 Can of Organic Garbanzo beans (rinsed) – (About 15oz if Fresh and boiled).
  • Half a cup of Tahini sauce
  • 1 Lemon squeeze
  • Half a small cup of water
  • Salt to taste


  • Put everything in a blender and blend. Add water or lemon juice if the mixture feels too pasty.
