One Skillet Spinach


  • 2 bags of chopped organic spinach (or fresh organic spinach)
  • 2 Onions
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 2 lemon squeeze
  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil or olive oil


  • Cut onions into wedges
  • Crush garlic and salt together to a past
  • Put the spinach in a strainer and wash them well
  • In a skillet let the coconut oil melt then add the onions
  • When onions start to turn golden add garlic
  • Sautee garlic and onions for 1-2 min on medium heat
  • Get the washed and strained spinach and with your hands take each handful at a time and squeeze excess water out and drop it in the skillet
  • Do that until all the spinach is done and make sure the heat is low to avoid burning onions
  • Mix ingredients together until the spinach begin to wilt
  • Add lemon juice and salt to taste to finish it off
