Pea & Veggie Stew


  • 1 Organic Frozen Pea Bag - (Boiled and Rinsed) - or 2 Cans organic peas
  • 1 Big Onion
  • 7 Cloves garlic
  • 3 Carrots
  • 2 small potatoes (optional)
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • ½ pound grass-fed beef (you can add more if desired)
  • 2 tbsp organic tomato paste
  • 4 cups of water (until it covers the ingredients)
  • ½ tsp of salt, pepper, cinnamon & All spice


  • Chop onions and garlic into small pieces
  • Chop carrots and potatoes into cubes and leave them on the side for now
  • Put Olive oil, garlic and onions in the pot until onions turn golden
  • Place the beef on top mince it with a fork and stir
  • Add salt, pepper, cinnamon and 7 spice on top and mix
  • Add tomato paste and water on top then add potatoes and carrots
  • Let it boil until potatoes and carrots are tender
  • Add the peas

Enjoy with a side of Brown or white rice
