My Approach:

As a busy mom with two kids, I am always on the run. I understand that it’s hard to keep a balanced diet while doing everything else.  I also understand that when there’s a will, there’s a way! I will help you find your will and guide you on the way to reach your health goals.
I understand that women face unique challenges in health because our hormones change every few years. Hormone fluctuations cause a slew of changes to our health, so we need to be vigilant when finding the proper diet and lifestyle. 

With so many contradictory theories on which diet is best from Paleo, Atkins, High Carb, Low Fat.  We ask ourselves what we should eat every day.  Should we stop eating gluten? What about dairy? Are grains ok? It is so confusing! But actually, it isn’t that complicated.
As your health coach, I will help you figure out the best way to eat and, most importantly, a way that works for your bio-individual self.  

Stress at work or in your relationship can cause you to overeat.  Lack of sleep or low energy might be the reason you just can’t bring yourself to exercise. I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness. I look at how all the areas in your life are connected.

As we work together, we’ll look at how small parts of your life can have a significant effect on your health as a whole. Together, we will reach your health goals, including achieving your optimal weight, reducing food cravings, increasing quality sleep, and maximizing your energy.

I offer a range of different programs held in person, via phone, or online to suit you and your needs. You’ll develop a deeper understanding of the lifestyle and food choices that work best for you and implement long-lasting changes that will improve your health and overall energy and life balance as we work together. 

I will be the “friend” who offers support when you need me, all the while guiding you to a better you.
